New support center created for WOM clients

To better serve our clients, Watershed Online Media has implemented a new tool designed for them to submit requests for support, change orders, and other requests.

If you are a WOM client, simply click the Clients Only link (located beneath the “Contact” page link in the navigation menu). You will be brought to a welcome page where you can either submit a new service ticket, or check on the status of a previously submitted one.

We are pleased to provide this new service, and hope that it saves time and effort for our valued customers. Please note that this is the preferred way for you to reach us with site-related issues, rather than using the Contact page or sending an email. Customer service tickets will enable us to track requests more efficiently, and address them in the order in which they arrive.

Of course, if you just want to say “hello,” a phone call or email is just the ticket.
